MEMBERS:

As a CAL-TEST member, under our Plan 1, 2 or 3 Programs, you are entitled to FOUR "FREE" Training slots at our annual Supervisor Training Seminars, hosted by CAL-TEST, Inc.  Plan 4 Consortium members are entitled to ONE "FREE" slot.  These Seminars are generally held once a year, in Southern California, within Riverside or Imperial Counties. 

We also offer On-Line Training for D.O.T. Reasonable Suspicion and Employee Drug & Alcohol Awareness.  There is a small fee associated with this On-Line Training.  Simply click on the link below to find out more.

Classroom Training:

CAL-TEST offers ON-SITE Training Seminars at YOUR work location.  The seminar trains no more than 30 Supervisors and covers all the Department of Transportation(DOT) mandates outlined within Title 49 CFR Part 382.603 & Part 40. 

The Cost for this four hour Training Seminar is:  $2,495.00, plus air travel, lodging, meals, facility and any other related costs. PowerPoint Projector and Screen must be provided,  Our Speaker will bring his own Laptop Computer, preloaded with our PowerPoint presentation.  A Power Point handout, 'Master Copy", will be provided to the Client for their own reproduction, as needed to complete the on-site training.

Pre-Payment must be made, at least 4 days prior to the Training Seminar Date, by either Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.  NO PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECKS are accepted.

• D.O.T. Regulatory Overview (Title 49 CFR Part 382 & Part 40);
• When is Testing required (Pre-Employment, Random, Post Accident);
• Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) Overview (Return to Duty & Follow-Up Testing);
• Non-Regulated vs. D.O.T. Testing options (Urine, Hair, Saliva, Ext);
• Introduction to Drugs & Alcohol;
• Signs & Symptoms of possible Impairment;
• How to order "Reasonable Suspicion" Testing;
• Termination or Rehabilitation (EAP vs SAP);
• Common Tactics used by Donors to "beat" the test.
• Closing comment & questions.
