- We submit "Positive", "Negative", "Adulterated" & "Dilute" samples to our DHHS/SAMHSA certifed labs to ensure they are performing at 100% effeciency (Blind Samples).
- We only use Federally Certified (SAMHSA/DHHS) labs who have scored 100% accuracy on all "Blind Samples" submitted, to include "Diluted" & "Adulterated" samples.
- All "Positive" test results are reviewed by our AAMRO/MROCC Certified Medical Review Officers (MRO), to assure complete confidence and privacy in every test result. No "False Positives".
- All testing is Medically Supervised for your privacy and protection.
- We research all testing devices or "Instant Testing Kits" prior to introduction into our product line. We only offer the best possible testing methods available!
- We do NOT compromise quality for a "cut-rate" or "quicker" test result. Quality results can easily be obtained in about 24 hours...it is well worth the wait!!!
  
COLLECTION SITE SECURITY MEASURES:
- We pay careful attention to employees throughout the collection process., to ensure no unussual behaviour or activity is taking place.
- We ensure there is no unauthorized access into our collection areas, to include doors, windows, cieling panels. No public restroom use is permitted!
- We ensure that all Donors present thier valid government identiification, prior to testing. We make a copy for future reference, if needed.
- We ensure all Donors empty thier pockets; remove outer garments (e.g., coveralls, jacket, coat, hat); leave briefcases, purses, and bags behind; and wash their hands.
- We maintain personal control of the CCF and Specimen Bottles during the collection process, test sample is packaged in the Donor's presence.
- We secure all water sources or otherwise make them unavailable to Donor priro to collection (e.g., turn off water inlet, tape handles to prevent opening faucets, secure tank lids).
- We ensure the water in the toilet and tank has bluing agent in it. We also secure the removable toilet tank top.
- We ensure no soap, disinfectants, cleaning agents, trashcans or other possible adulterants are present within the restroom, during sample collection.
- We inspect the restroom just before and immediatley after each sample collection, to reduce sample tampering.
- We also secure all areas and items (e.g., ledges, vents, trash receptacles, paper towel holders, under-sink areas, ceiling tiles) that appear suitable for concealing contaminants.
