CAL-TEST was a pioneer, when it was founded by Mr. Kevin W. Odenbaugh, a California Police Officer, back in October of 1991. Unlike today, Employee Drug testing was a sea of uncharted waters! There was very little case law relating to employee drug testing and absolutely NO Federal Laws or Regulations to guide employers on how to conduct employee testing correctly! Cal-Test will manage your employee lists and Random Pools, to ensure every employee has an equal chance of being selected, without any pool dilution or manual manipulation. All Random Selections are computerized and serialized, so they can easily be audited by Union representatives, Attorney's or employees.
